To authentically connect with gamers and position Verizon Fios as essential for gaming, the team designed and produced the world’s first Unbreakable Controller. A fully functioning, custom-built gaming controller engineered to withstand the frustration of lag-induced rage. The controller was introduced through trusted voices in gaming culture, including Nate Hill and FaZe Clan, and deployed as a deliberate troll that felt native to the community rather than an ad.

Production spanned industrial design and fabrication, influencer coordination, and social-first content creation. By embedding the message within gaming culture itself, the campaign sparked organic conversation, earned credibility, and positioned Fios as the network serious gamers rely on when performance matters most.
